Thank you to all members who have been in contact with their views on the layout of the site; all of your points will be considered as we want to make this event as successful as any other. Please keep that feedback coming in! In line with Cokethorpe School’s policy, the same dog policy as last year will stand - all dogs need to be accompanied by a Dog Registration Form, and proof of recent worming treatment.
More details about the full programme of events will be published in the next edition of the magazine, including details of the bands that will be playing in the evenings, but for a start there's...
The Surrey Mad Hatters would like to invite you to their Mad Hatter’s Tea Party on Saturday 27th August at 5pm. Bring your own tables and chairs and your own tea! There will be a prize for the best decorated teapot and the best decorated cup cake. Prizes will be awarded in two categories: those who are 14 years old and younger, and an open category.
This is turning into quite a foodie event with tea and cupcakes, so why not bring along your regional foodie delights to share? The ever popular Taste of Britain will feature at this year’s National. Watch out for more details in the next magazine.
We have had a number of requests for another Tappet Case Racing Tournament at the National. Start getting prepared and, if you have any questions, please contact Richard 'Coops' Cooper. You can find Coop’s contact details with all the other committee members’ details at the front of the magazine, or email

It is encouraging to have been contacted by members of 2CVGB already, with offers of help and ideas for the event. Please continue to do so!
