This is a one-off payment only, not a renewable subscription. Further applications may be made at any future date, as long as your full holding of units does not exceed 10.

I would like to apply for ______ units of dicount. I am a fully paid up member of 2CVGB and agree to abide by the rules of the Club and SPOG Scheme, which may change from time to time as agreed by the Committee.

The certificate I receive will entitle me to a discount of % based on the recommended price set by the Club, on any purchases of spares from the Scheme.

The certificate is not valid unless signed by an authorised representative of the 2CVGB Spare Parts Organisation Scheme and the Chairman of 2CVGB, and is authenticated by the Scheme's stamp; it shall remain valid while I am a fully paid up member of 2CVGB.I understand that the money paid is not refundable.
